I. Leadership:(Where there is no vision the people perish-Proverbs 29:18): Learn the keys to leadership recruitment, development and sustainment. Identify and mode spiritual leadership for ministry directors, associate ministers, deacons and trustees, directors, and lay persons- submission, accountability and responsibility.

II. Money/Finances:

(Owe no man anything excepto love one another-Rom. 13:1-10) get the inside track on giving God our first increase and tithing. Learn how to not rob God.  Give God our first increase.  Learn  advice, instructions, and tips on  Personal Savings, Investments and Retirement; Understand good credit/bad credit/no credit/the credit system. Get your finances in order.

III. Love, Forgiveness, Healing and Recovery:( I am the Lord thy God that healeth thee Exodus 15:26):  Every sinner and Christian has been hurt.   Whether its your childhood, family, relationships, marriage, work even in the church, explore means and ways to learn to love, forgive, heal and to allow God to put the pieces back together again.

 III. Ministry Gifts:

(Now concerning spiritual gifts, I would not have you ignorantI Cor 12:1)  Understanding and identifying gifts and to use them to the glory of God for worship, ministry and service. Prevent and/or correct ministry displacement.

IV.  Stewardship:

(“And to one he gave five talents, to another two, and to another one, to every man according to his several ability…”  Mt . 25:10).  Understanding the accountability, responsibility and management of stewardship (tithes/offerings/finances, investments and securities) for which the Lord has given.

V.  Family and Estate Planning (Dealing with Death/Dying): (Precious in the sight of the Lord is the death of his saints-Psalm 116:15)Deal directly with   death and dying. Prepare and plan the home-going celebrations, wills, legal issues/funeral arrangements.

VI. Counseling(awise man will hear and increase in learning, and a man of understanding will acquire wise counsel. Prov. 1:5)–Learn the do’s and don’ts, confidentiality, rules of ethics and the fundamentals of counseling  individuals  and family members (personal, crisis, family, educational, financial, social and health ).

VII. HIV/AIDS Awareness Seminar( I was naked, and ye clothed me: I was sick, and ye visited me: I was in prison, and ye came unto me. Matt. 25:36)   Examining and empowering individuals, families and communities against HIV/AIDs through prevention, intervention and post-intervention.  Education is knowledge and knowledge is power.

VIII. Mental Health/Illness: (Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on thee: because he trusteth in thee. Trust ye in the LORD for ever: for in the LORD JEHOVAH is everlasting strength," ISA 26:3-4.”)Recognizing and responding to various illnesses both short/long term (depression, schizophrenia, ADD/ADHD, Bipolar, Substance Abuse, etc.) and how they affect/effect the home, family, school and community.

IX. Parenting Roles/Responsibilities Seminar-Workshop: (Children, obey your parents (in the Lord), for this is right Ephes 6:1)Learn and apply principles/practices of parenting through role modeling, relationships and responsibility for your actions.

X.  Marriage Matters Enrichment Seminar/Workshop/Retreats(Marriage is honourable in all…Hebrews 13:4)A practical guide and hands-on training/exploration into enhancing and enriching one’s marriage (for all ages and stages-newlyweds-young adults, veterans and senior couples as well).

XI.  College Preparation(:Get wisdom, get understanding: forget it not; neither decline from the words of my mouth Prov. 4:5). Helping children and/or adults prepare for higher education: Admissions./Financial Aid/Housing/Choosing A Major/Student Support Services-Tutoring/Academic Advising/Personal Problems, Academic Success and Support Systems.

XII.  Sexuality Issues:What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own? For ye are bought with a price: therefore glorify God in your body, and in your spirit, which are God's. I Cor 6:19-20)   Addressing fornication, infidelity, sexual abuse, rape, promiscuity, homosexuality, bisexuality, same-sex  relationships/marriage issues and appropriate sexual behavior.

XII. Children/Youth:  (Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it  Prov. 22:6)). A workshop/seminar on teen and young adult issues, concerns, challenges, relationships, self-esteem and problems with practical answers.
